A10 5800k - $110 after promo code - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
ASRock FM2 Pro-4 - $70 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
8gb 2x4Gb Gskill Ripjaws X 2400MHz (faster ram is better for the igpu) similar pricing to slower 8gb kits - $70 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
Corsair Cx 430watt psu - $45 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
Western Digital 500gb Blue hdd - $60 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... / Can get the WD Blue 1TB for an extra $10
Pick ur own case Total is $355 before the case will prob play wow on ultra

This is just me but id get a aftermarket cooler like a CM TX3 (uses stock AMD bracket to mount) adds $20 better than stock cooler - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

This is just my personal preference again when u look at cases make sure there decent airflow and has as many fans pre installed in already and bigger than 120mm if not looking for a small form factore/case

Edit: A10 plus its ipgu 7660d will play wow on ultra and bf3 low/med on 1080p/720p no prob with the 2400mhz ram and right amount of ram set to the igpu, the cx430 is best quality and cost for a non dedicated gpu system or go for a tx650 or cx500/600, the asrock board has HDMI and heatsinks on vrms and chipset, and choose 5800k over newer 6800k for its cost and promo code making a $40 difference

my recommendation would be A10-6800k it is better overall and overclocks much better

I must correct the reference to a cpu cooler posted above. That linked cooler isn't compatible with the FM2 socket.

Its compatibilities are..Intel Socket LGA 775/1156/1155/LGA1150
AMD Socket 754/939/940/AM2/AM3

Go to the upgraded version of this product to get a compatible cooler.

It doesnt mention that its compatible with FM2 but every amd socket from AM2 to Am3+ and FM1/FM2 all share the same mounting brackets

Why ever would it not specify that compatibility?

idk, but the TX3 uses the stock amd bracket that is used on the given sockets and after messing with at least each socket from am2-am3+ and fm2 that the all the stock coolers are the same and there is no difference from reset other than the newer ones not coming off the board in one piece
