help with restoring my computer

i overclocked my cpu (AMD FX 8150) to 4.3 ghz and bumped up the voltage by 1 notch then ran a stability test on amd bulldozer and after 10 seconds a blue screen with white letters popped up said something i can't remember but it said to restart and i did, never turned on again. so i reset my cmos put the jumper on the 2 and 3 prongs for 20 seconds then put it back. it didn't work. so i took out the battery for 15 seconds and it didn't work but the cmos thing i think was called CLRTC
my specs are asus m5a97, amd fx 8150 amd radeon 7870, 1200w power supply, SSD, HDD please help

Was the power unplugged when resetting? If not, unplug and try again, then pkug things in and try booting...if it doesn't boot, what does it do, do fans come on, any lights on the mobo, do the HD(s) spin up, anything??

it was off but not unplugged from the wall. when i turn it on all i hear is the fans nothing happens as far as i can see no led indicators turn on i have a ssd and a hdd and i think i might hear the hdd but i'm not sure
