Exact same hardware, with the 770 having updated drivers and firmware.

I just bought a 770 gtx myself. same hardeware as 680 gtx, better clocks, better efficentcy and cooling, and typically $100 cheaper. Unless you find a great deal on a gtx 680 used for 200 bucks or less, then i cant see a reason to buy one. (i guess: unless you already own one and want to SLI....but that is besides the piont)
