yup the gpu is good,it's from asus,u will always good performance from asus like greater cooling and greater O.C capability.
for motherboard,gpu's do not seek support from them,it seek supports from the psu and cpu.give the details of ur psu and cpu.

sry for my bad english,i meant to say that gpu's do not seek support from the motherboard except for the pci-e lane but more more from the cpu and psu.what psu and cpu do u have?
