Whenever i use laser printer or microwave, my room lights flicker. Is this unstable electricity will affect my rig? Or should I buy a UPS/surge protector to protect my investment?

Thank you for any input.

Yes, I recommend a surge protector or a UPS. Protecting your investment from not turning on, one of the components not working, etc.

My PSU is 860. Does it mean I should have a UPS higher than that? Or Can I just stick with surge protectors as they are much cheaper than UPS. In fact, I already have a few surge protectors for my other electronics, but kinda concerned about my rig.
