Hey guys,
I have a Lenovo IdeaCentre Q200(intel core2Duo) with an ASUS GeForce GTX 550Ti running on the in-built 450w PSU. I recently bought an Anetc X1 gaming cabinet. When I went to my local shop to change the components from my old case to the new one he said that since my PSU was square in shape he cannot fix it into the new cabinet. He suggested that I buy a new CoolerMaster 450watt PSU. Just a few days back I got my hands upon a Mercury 450watt PSU from a friend of mine. But the guy from the shop said that it would not support the Graphic Card (whereas the lenovo one would).
I want to know if this Mercury PSU would support my comp.
Can you also tell me whether i can fix my square PSU in the rectangular provision of my new cabinet??

I can't find much on that, but some PSUs are a proprietary form factor. These generally can't fit without a lot of work and modding. Pictures (of the PSU)?

My advice is to get a 350W+ PSU from the list in my sig - cheap PSUs often skip safety features to save costs. You'll need one that includes at least one 6-pin PCIe connnector.

Don't buy a Coolermaster or Mercury , they aren't reliable brands.
