fan control problem

i have an asrock z77 pro4 motherboard and my cabinet is cooler master elite 431 plus
i have connected the cpu fan to cpu1 header and one back fan to cha1 header...
the problem is my fan run at 2036 rpm (cpu) and the back fan at 2000 rpm on idle , i have set the fan control to automatic (set at 55 degree/level 9) in the asrock bios settings..

I mean is my fan speed normal..as i think 2000 rpm is too fast for an idle cpu.

For a stock cooler, doesnt seem too ridiculous. Tiny fans have to spin faster to achieve airflow.
