I have recently purchased a new motherboard and graphics card that is similar model to the ones I have damaged. The motherboard works perfectly but when I tried out the graphics card by trying out Farcry 3, the whole pc powered down a few minutes in game. This cause the PCI slot to malfunction (tested with another card) and unable to boot the machine with the new graphics card inserted, but the PSU fan tried to spin up and small noise came within. Same situation with either motherboard.

Hardware (now -> new):
Asrock B75m -> Asrock B75m R2.0
Geforce GTX 560 Ti -> MSI GTX 560 Ti Twin Frozr II
PSU 520W

Note:
* All wires are correctly placed
* Powers are off whenever I move around the hardwares
* Previous hardware were possibly shorted due to the lack of standoff
* This was my first build

I have tried everything all the list as well as completely rebuild the pc and formatted the hard drive in case of software problems. But it still wont boot up when I inserted the graphics card.

PSU: Antec NeoECO 520C

There isnt another pc that I can test the hardware. If the PSU is also a problem then I guess I should stop getting new parts.
Thanks for the help anyway.

Just for future reference, how should a new graphics card be use when its fresh out the box? Because it didnt take long before the new one stopped working. Or it is just because of the other hardware I have.

The new graphics card did ran for a few minutes before it died. I am just wondering if I did something wrong or just some other reason that is not my fault. I am asking because I want to return it and hopefully get a replacement, and to make sure it wont break when I get a new one.

yeah try to install it properly,see that the pins do not get damaged,plug the 6-pin pci-e connector and try to get a new psu if possible;it would be better if u could test ur psu in another system. however,get the gpu replaced.....
