Windows hang on 1st Startup

Hi all.

I have a pc running windows 7 32bit. The problem is that with 1st startup it "freezes" for a couple of minutes before resuming. If you reboot the pc after that it runs fine and does not hang. This only happens in the morning.

I have Karspersky Anti as well as Malwarebytes Anti-Malware
I have done a registry check

I have a similar system running the same software as well as win 7 but have no issues there

I deal with a lot of foreign flash disks and because kaspersky was not enough I installed Malwarebytes (I had the problem before Malwarebytes) . I already did stop Kaspersky auto-scan to see if it is that. I also cancelled the scheduled scans etc. (I do manual scan Like I said it is only with first boot of the day, if I restart pc nothing then it is lightning fast. But I do appreciate the help so far.
