Will these two type of ram work together correctly?

Yes, the memory will work together as long as your motherboard supports more than 4GB of memory. As mentioned in the earlier when you mix higher speed memory with lower speed memory, all the memory modules will run at the lowest speed that is installed. If it doesn't work together perhaps a BIOS update should fix it. Or you need to set the timings manually using your BIOS.

Try them and see if they work together at mobo defaults (i.e. just install the additional stick), if they run it will be at 1333 or maybe 1066, then if you want can try to manually set up and run all at 1600, which often can be done (basically you'll just be OCing the 1 stick, and it's only a single step up
