Yes, you's be going to a higher freq that provides more bandwidth is the simple answer, this is particularly true if running 3 sticks or more and utilizing true tri-channel operation where the DRAM acts as 192 bit device vs 128bit in dual channel or 64 bit in single channel...to provide a better answer though would need to know what you do with your rig, what you have now (CPU and the model # of the sticks, along with what 2000 sticks you are looking at, if you say have performance sticks at 1600/CL7 and are looking at 2000/11 then basically none, but if 1600/9 to 2000/10 then yes
