Go for the fx 6300 or 6350. The 6100 is outdated, and it wasn't a very good processor. The 7850 is a great card, I own one myself. You only need 8 gigabytes of RAM. Do you have a motherboard in mind? I would recommend a 990fx board.

Kinda weird build. For one, RAM is usually bought in pairs cuz it performs better that way. This build has 12GB. The most likely way is 3x4GB. 8GB is fine for most heavy users, and CAS9 is fine too.

If you want to improve gaming...improve the GPU. You could drop down to a fx-4300 and get a better GPU. Is that possible? (a note...fx-4300 is good only if you overclock it)

The fx 6300 is literally the same price. It would be foolish to go for the 4300.

You are making assumptions. We don't know where the buyer is buying. What country? Pre-built?
