If not can you tell me what I should opt in or opt out to save money/make my computer better for my money.

Solution
Not really.
The bundle is severely overpriced.
You could spend less and get a high quality motherboard and 8GB RAM.
With the saved money you can buy a GTX 660 Ti instead of a 650 Ti.
The difference in performance is quite big.
And don't worry about the upcoming GTX 760. If it really is priced at 300$, then the GTX 660 Ti is by far a better deal.

I suggest you buy this instead.

Yeah I agree, the phrase "cheap crap" doesn't begin to describe nearly everything Ultra makes. I had their supposedly top of the line X3 model (850W modular), POS nearly fried my system. Now I have a Seasonic X750 and that thing is worth every penny I paid for it.
