Is there a place to connect a card reader on P8Z77-V LK?

Will it work with the 4way reader from an old lenovo IdeaCentre K

Best thing to do is get an external USB 3 card reader. If a pin ever gets damaged and it can happen you don't have to pull your computer apart to repair it. I just bought one for about $25 last month.
