no signal message on e machine

Hi I am having trouble with my e machine. Lately, when I turned it on, it was very noisy. It also displaying "reading data" which it never did before. Now I'm having trouble even turning it off, doesn't sound like te fan is running either. What do I do? Thanks

Hi,

emachine are low end computer and usually the PSU is bad and might bring the mobo, cpu and hard drive when dead.

You can try and exchange the PSU first to see if it opens up.
Check the motherboard for bad capacitors, if so, you might need to change the whole computer because a new mobo is hard to get.
