been playing bf3 alot recently and i got this glitch happening in game.

this is not MY video but this a perfect example of what is happening. and it does not happen all the time in bf3. ive had this happen most of the time when i open the overlay in origin to type to a friend during the loading screen. also i do not know if this is something to do with bf3 or if my video card is dying. i have a nvidia gtx670 and it is exactly 1 year old. do i need to send this in because it is still under warranty or is it an overheating problem. i do not have this problem with any other game.
