My system spec:

By Clear I mean - There is fuzziness(i.e. the videos are grainy), which I didn't face when I used NVidia 9400GT. My Monitor is a 20" Inch LED LCD. With CRT 17" Philips monitor I Used 9400Gt and had no problem, I bought this LED & LCD and this is occurring, even my graphics card is brand new just one day old.

My Monitor has a 5 ms response time.

My videos appear as patchy, and appear as if there is dust on screen.
I tried it with ACER monitor also but in vain pls help.

how can we do it in graphics card? does nvidia have this function?

You upgraded the monitor also, different monitor = different way it looks. An LCD monitor will look a lot different than a CRT, especially if it's larger and playing lower resolution videos. Anything that is not running at the monitor's native resolution, which pretty much means HD video, will look a bit blurry. You'll get used to it, especially if you don't sit 6" in front of the screen. Also a Digital connection like DVI will have different display characteristics than a VGA connection. If you think VGA looks better, use that.

The way you asked your question left out the most important part, you changed monitors. It's like saying "my new chair is a lot more windy than my old one why is that?" and then you decide to add "oh, I also moved it from inside to outside the house"

I have had the same problem, i changed my VGA cable and it did the job in my opinion the cheap VGA cables tend to break and make your screen do strange things like (making it go fuzzy) after changeing my VGA cable to a SVGA cable everything was crisp clear. try giving it a go if you have not allread.

There is no such thing as a SVGA cable, all VGA cables can run SVGA resolution. It's just a matter of the cable quality especially over longer lengths. Take a look here about cable quality http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/VGA_connector
