Solution
So the whole idea is getting at PC within 550$ that has better graphic performance than a PS4, right? This build would do:

Lol, whats with all the "I want PS4 graphics" and "Will it be better than an Xbox One?" questions lately.

They are entirely different.

At 1080 you might pull high (probably a mid-high blend) settings on BF3

Overall - looks good. I built a budget gamer with a Phenom II X4 965 and the Powercolor 2GB 7850. I was able to easily OC the Phenom II to 4.0 Ghz and the 7850 as well (I'm not looking at the numbers, and I can't remember the 7850 clock, but it's definitely OC'able). I don't have any experience with the FX CPUs.

Just a couple things to consider:

1. The case. Looks like you found the cheapest one you can find. My own opinion is that the case is the one component you probably will live with the longest, so worthwhile spending a little more there up front. Silverstone Redlines are on $10 rebate at Newegg. Or you can certainly get a more up to date case for just a bit more $$.

2. PSU - NewEgg Promo Code EMCXPVX28 gets you this 500W Corsair Modular for $35 after rebate:

3. Just a consideration. At the time I build my budget gamer, the 7850 was considered the best Price/Performance card in that price range. Since then, the GTX550 Ti Boost has come out in the same price range, and generally gets just a bit better performance (reference Tom's hardware "Best Graphics Cards for the Money": http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-graphics-card-review,3107-3.html). It may depend on the specific games you play. Just a consideration - I've been very happy with the 7850. I also have a GTX 660 in an HTPC Gaming build, and I swear my OC'd 7850 performs as good in most games.

Another thing to consider with the GPU - make sure you're getting one on special or rebate, or both. 2 weeks ago there was a 7870Ghz edition with promo code and rebate netting to $175. Last weekend, there was a GTX 660 for $169 after promo code and rebate. It definitely pays to wait for a special on the GPU.

4. CPU Cooler - I don't know about the FX CPUs, but in general, you see more people recommending after-market coolers for AMD chips than for Intel. I run a stock cooler on an I3-3220 for my HTPC Gaming Build. For my Phenom II budget build, there is no way I would have run on the stock fan. I got a great deal on one of the closed-loop water cooling systems. Right now, there are a couple of great rebates. The pre-built kits are really easy to hook up. Right now, there is a cooler master Seidon 120M on Newegg for $35 after a $40 rebate. Someone else could probably recommend a good, cheap aftermarket air cooler if you prefer that one.

These are just things to think about. From what I can see, what you have will work for you.

Enjoy your build!

4gb or RAM is enough for any budget gaming system. You can always purchase more later. It's the easiest thing to upgrade. PS4's graphic performance is on par with a HD7850. Getting a HD7870 ghz makes you PC leads over it. This setup will play BF3 multiplayer at high 1080p, if not ultra.

It should also be taken into account that PS4 has wireless module and bluray reader. If you need your future PC to has both then we'll have to cut down the graphic performance here and there.

If you're open to uATX, you could also consider the Rosewill Line M. It's about the top rated budget mini-tower on Newegg. It's $39.99 on Amazon - believe it has slightly better cooling than the PS08, though the Rosewill 120mm fan is probably not as quiet as the SS.
