-You don't need a Z77 chipset motherboard since the 3220 is a locked processor.
-Standard 1600mhz RAM.
-I would recommend a blower style fan on the gpu. This way, the heat from the gpu goes out the back of the case. In the dual fan situation, the heat is pushed out of the fans and into the case. It's not ideal for a mini-itx build that has almost no airflow.
-The 7870 is also stronger than the GTX 660 and comes with free games.

Actually, in this situation, the TF3 cooling design take fresh air through the left panel and blow hot air through the back of the case. Prodigy's front is well-ventilated also. That HIS IceQ cooler is quite thick, taking 2.7 slots, so it might not fit into the case.
