GFX Question w/triple display

I'm in the process of building a new computer for my brother but I'm confused to which graphics card I should get. We haven't bought the monitors yet.

System: FX 6300 + Asrock 970 Extreme3
16gb 1600mhz + Samsung 840 250gb + 2 TB HDD
PSU?
GFX?
Monitors?
Windows 8 Pro

He isn't going to be playing games, maybe a game of lol here and there. Most of the usage will come from running programs and he makes programs here and there too.

Questions:

What GFX Card should I get?
Do I need a monitor that has a display port connection to successfully use triple monitors? I heard thats an eyefinity thing.

Corsair CX430W. Will it be enough?

Will Windows 8 naturally support triple displays like it does with dual?

A low profile video card would power through that quite nicely.

do u want to game at that high re. using triple monitors,then get two gtx770's and a 750W psu from corsair,xfx or thermaltake but that would be somewhat slower on your board due to x16/x4 mode.If u will not game using 3 monitors,then get a hd7870 or gtx 650ti boost,whichever u can afford and a corsair CX500W psu.

Ans.the display port will be provided individually by all the three monitors and the gpu or gpu's(two 770's)

Ans.no,for two 770's get a 750W psu nad if cards like gtx650ti boost/hd 7870 get a CX500W

Around 1200, I have in my cart at Microcenter.com FX 6300, Asrock 970 Extreme3, Samsung 840 250gb, 2tb WD Green HDD, DVD/CD Burner, Crucial 16gb 2x8gb 1600mhz. All for around $ 611.12.

3 of the same monitors will cost around 300-450 $ He said he wants a smaller screen size around 21in but he definitely wants 3 displays.

That leaves about 200 for the gfx and psu. Please if you guys can shop from microcenter.com or frys.com

with 200$ he cannot get a gpu which can handle latest games at that res.(3 monitors).If he wants 3 monitors that much then tell him to get a two gtx770's and if he donot want to spend such money then tell him to get a single monitor and a hd7870 or the upcoming gtx760.
and if u plan to SLI replace the Asrock version with the MSI 970A mobo(it supports xfire/sli at x8/x8 dual mode)
