I would switch the CPU cooler to a Coolermaster hyper 212 evo. It will cost half that and cool just as well.

Finally! a balanced build. It looks good to me, I've got no reason to disagree or change anything. You hit the issues most people miss, such as the fact that you don't need an i7, or 16 gigs of ram.

Got you better motherboard ( with nice deal on it ), better PSU ( for future SLI ), superb SSD. Dropped VGA to 2gb version only, because 4gb doesn't have many actual uses with a GTX770:
