My PC display flickering and blinking.

Lately my pc acting weird as I mention above. I already tried to troubleshoot it.
1st, I thought maybe the monitor, I tried the monitor on other PC it work just fine.
2nd, I thought my graphic card was problem which I just use less then 1month. Then I decide to remove my graphic card and using the onboard graphic but the result is still the same..
I was wondering is it my motherboard the one that problem?..

Intel Core2Duo
Gigabyte GA-G41M-ES2L
2GB DDR2 800mhz
Leadtek GTX 650 1gb DDR5 oc edition.
E-View PSU Pure power 230w/ Max power 480w

Can someone help me identify the problem. Right now I'm thinking to change my motherboard. But I'm afraid what if the motherboard is fine.. Sorry for my bad english. I hope you guys can still understand it.. Thanks..

ur psu id 230W but max power 430W?i didn't get you.pls provide more details,tried updating to the latest drivers?

It write there Max/peak power for that psu is 480w and Pure/real power 230w. I also not sure what does it mean. Yeah. I recently format it to window 8 and using latest driver. The thing is, my desktop is still flickering even in bios.

well,can u give ur psu details like model no.?The peak output rating is the highest amount of power the unit can supply but this is only for a very brief time.What's the real power is the 230W.well,give ur psu's model no.

your psu is fine,have u tried updating to the latest driver version of ur video card i.e.,320.18?have u tried doing a clean windows installation?remove the last use drivers completely using driver sweeper and then install the latest drivers,it should solve the problem

ohh so sad,try getting display from ur gpu by testing it in another pc and see if the problem appears again and then inform me...

right now I don't have another pc to try with.. I already tried remove the GPU and using motherboard vga and the problem still happen..

What does the flickering look like? Does it look like this? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N_10606O3t4

If so then your power supply isn't able to supply enough power to your graphics card. The Corsair CX430 would be a great choice.

no.. It doesn't flikering that way.. Its look like a storm in my display ( moving dotted line) and it goes blank for 1 second sometimes.. and I notice everytime my pc goes to sleep mode and i wake it up my mouse stop functioning and i have to replug the mouse.. same thing happen when I restart my pc..

yeah it's the psu,get a corsair CX500W and be more future proofed.the problem will also get solved
