hey, guys i finally bought a decent cpu cooler. I want to overclock to 4.2ghz. I pretty much have the idea on ocing but i just want to be sure. My mobo is extreme4. Thx in advance for the help :D

do i really need to update the bios? These 3: instant flash, DOS and windows.

Also the link doesn't work, if i click on the bios or any other section it only takes me to the top of the page
