Hello, I'am going to buy a computer. On the site I can choose which specs I want then they build it. So I can't choose between all stuff. Please don't go over 13500 nok. Thats 2200 dollars btw. I'am not going to overclock,

1. Go on this site http://www.komplett.no/k/config.aspx?ConfigSystemId=10784

2. Choose which specs what will be best for gaming. (I'am not going to overclock)

3. Write the specs you have choosen.

Superb. Unfortunately, my Norwegian is worse than terrible, so I will have a fairly hard time finding my way around your sites. That said, I could give a suggestion for parts, and you could let me know if I've drastically over/under budget, if that would work for you.

Okay, but can you answer this question? Is this specs good:
Specs:
XFX ProSeries Core Edition 650W PSU
Intel Core i5-4670 Processor
MSI Z87-G43, Socket-1150
Crucial DDR3 BallistiX Sport 16GB
Gainward GeForce GTX 780 3GB PhysX CUDA
Samsung SSD 840 Series 250GB
WD Desktop Blue 1TB SATA

and which case should I buy. I'am going to choose between these cases
Cooler Master CM Force 500 Midi Tower

Cooler Master HAF 912 Plus Midi Tower

Cooler Master CM 690 II Basic Sort

Cooler Master CM 690 II Advanced Sort

NZXT Phantom Special Edition
Sort/Orange

NZXT Phantom Big tower white

NZXT Phantom Big tower black

CM Storm Stryker Gaming Big Tower (the white)

CM Storm Stryker Gaming Big Tower (the red)
Which will be best? idc so much about the price, mostly about how cool it and how good it is. + i want a silience case. So which one should I choose? What will be best performance per dollar?

Pretty good choices, although I'd make a few changes:
CPU: i5-4670
Motherboard: ASRock H77 Pro4
RAM: 8GB (2x4) G.Skill Ripjaws/Corsair Vengeance/Crucial Ballstix 1600mhz
GPU: ASUS DirectCU II GTX 780 or Gigabyte Windforce x3 GTX 780
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB or Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB
SSD: Samsung 840 Pro 128GB or Mushkin Enhanced Chronos Deluxe MX 120GB
Case: Fractal Design Define R4 (one of the more efficient quiet cases, and with pretty good cooling to boot)
PSU: XFX Core Edition 650w

How does that look to you?

Edit: Sorry to take a case not on your list, but none of those are terribly quiet cases. NZXT make very good cases, and they're not especially noisy, but Fractal Design is definitely superior in that regard.

The only reason why I didn't pick any of the Fractal Design is because it looks like a stone -.-. I think I will go for the CM storm striker because it looks so beautiful. I can take Fractal design, I know its a very quiet case but I will use headset for the most. And I actually care pretty much about the look on the case :'3

I can completely understand that. I chose an NZXT over a Silverstone for the same reason. If you want a decent amount of quiet, good looks, and great cooling, an NZXT Phantom 410, 630, or 820 (in ascending order of price) would be ideal.
