should i need branded thermal paste even though i don't overclock my GPU?

Your links doesn't work and I don't know what card you're using but any stockcooler and heatsinks that come with a GPU should work just fine.
However some heatsinks come with these sticker-like solutions that can fall off quite easily so if that's the case go with the paste.

If the thermal pads or paste have been disturbed then they will need to be replaced, so why wouldn't the OP need them?

Oh i didnt got that, didnt thought he opened up his gpu yet.
to the OP, once you opened ur GPU, you HAVE to replace it.
