Well my system specs are: i5 3570k, Seasonic 650AM, Gigabyte z77x UD3H, 8GB Kingston HyperX RAM, and MSI Twin Frozr III 7870 HD. I usually don't have any problems with running games, but Dragon Age 2 makes it run too hot. The Fans reach speed up to 4400 RPM, and I play on Very High quality, with Hi Res textures but without Anti Aliasing and without Antistrophic filtering. My friend plays on same resolution with his ATI 6570 but he doesn't seem to have any problems. I updated the drivers yesterday so it shouldn't be the drivers problem. Anyone knows why is it like this?
I've forgotten to add that the GPU temps don't go over 49 degrees, but the fan spins like crazy...

49c?? lol, that's cold.

Set your fans to run at a lower speed if it's too loud. Use your MSI afterburner software that came with your card, you can set the fans to run at any speed you want at any temperature.

Yeah, I know it is not hot, but the fan noise makes me nuts. Well thanks for advice, I totally forgot about MSI Afterburner.
