This is a good build and will be able to last, getting a 1000 build with a 680/780 wont work well bc your other parts are going to have to lack, the 770 will outperform the 680 anyway

Hello,

I recommend you use pcpartpicker.com to choose the parts as it shows the cheapest prices and where to buy them. Also it shows any incompatibilities and if available benchmarks.

I personally think that you should get a gtx 770 instead of a 680 and a motherboard with a z77 chipset as it is more suitable for gaming. You don't need a 700w power supply unless your planning on setting up an sli later on. Also don't forget that buying an operating system costs money as well. Things like a cpu cooler and a ssd in addition to the hard drive would be good, but that may go over your budget so plan to add them in the future. Installing the OS on a ssd and storing your normal data on the HDD saves you a lot of time with loading speed and such. Overall seems like a pretty good build, but could use some improvements with the advice I have given you.

Hey
You have $1000 my friend. Go with haswell.
Otherwise go with gtx 770 over gtx680. It is lower in price but much performance difference.
Go with better PSU like corsair, sesonic, xfx. Cm don't made good PSUs. And for 600w or 750w PSUs. 600w is enough for single GPU and OCing too. And 750w is for future sli. 700w not comes any category.
I hope it helps.
Thank you.

With a 1000 budget it makes it harder to get you the parts you want when the 680 is already half the build, the 7870 ghz will get you ultra on bf with about 50 fps so drop it down to high and you are flawless
