I've been checking out the motherboard that I ordered, Gigabyte GA-Z87-UD4H, and in the drivers section, I noticed that it only has the USB 3.0 hotfix, but not the drivers themselves. How am I supposed to get the actual USB 3.0 drivers so I can apply the hotfix?

Solution
The Z87 chipset contained in that board has the USB3 controller integrated, therefore the USB3 driver for Windows 7 or below is included in the Intel chipset driver package. Windows 8 natively supports USB3.

Earlier boards needed a separate USB3 driver because the controller was a separate add-on chip, but that is no longer the case since USB3 is integrated into the chipset.

Oh okay, that's great news. Any idea what the hotfix is?
