I have 1 tb storage hd already. Mostly going to use this for multitasking, rendering, and some gaming.

More about : build decent

Your psu is a overkill. Probably a 550W is more than enough. Also you can save some money getting a cheaper motherboard and with this money get a better video card. For cooling I would get Silverstone AR03 which is really good and cheap. (check the your cooling discussion that we had previously). Everything else looks pretty good.

If your building this for gaming then it's not very good. Your case is $200 but your GPU is $170.

What is the purpose of this build? what's the monitor?

Im mostly building for video editing/ ps. The reason for the low end vid card is bc I mostly play League of Legends these days and Path of Excile, so I dont see a need to get a better one at the moment. If a game comes out that I really want to max out or cant run really well I can always upgrade my gpu. I may oc the cpu later with a water cooling setup that's why I went with a bigger case, plus I like the Aesthetics lol.
I went with a bigger psu or cpu oc, and maybe future gpu upgrade.
I can raise my gpu budget though to around $250-300 what would you guys recommend at that price point? or should I jsut keep this setup for now?
monitor: Alienware 23inch 3d one its quite old lol may upgrade in the near future as well. More or less waiting on the 4k tech to become more widely available.

I'd stick with that GPU because of what you play. Here's changes I'd make.

4k monitors are years away. Can you imagine what kind of GPUs you would need? crazy expensive. Forget about 4k and get a good 24" IPS monitor.

Oh ok ty for the input. Sry if this is a dumb question, its my first time building, but should I buy/ replace fans on that case? Reason what I went for the more expensive one was because I thought it would come more complete with all the fans, and extra room for everything.

The Phantom 410 has plenty of space. You might add more fans. but it's better to buy quality fans separately.

Yes, Noctua are one of the best but are also expensive. You can look at NZXT fans too. They have pretty good fans. Or Scythe.
