Hi everyone

I have a problem with my cpu running at a 1.197 GHz, when it should be running at 2.67 GHz.

I have a Sony Vaio VPCF13L8E (windows 7), and BIOS version R0190Y9
I tried to disable CPU C3/C6 in the bios, but it didn't help.
I also tried to change the processors power management, to 100%, but it didn't help either.
It should also be noted that I don't have a battery in my laptop.
Does sony usually have this kind problem?

Thanks in advance

I have tried stress testing it, and used it for heavy gaming. But only rarely does the clock go beyond 1.2 GHz and when it does it is only for a second at 1.6 GHz.

I also set the power options to high performance, i didn't work either.
