Nvidea Geforce GT220 overheating

Hi, I've had my Acer Aspire M5810 for over 2 years now and lately I'm having problems when playing games. When playing GTA IV it sometimes gives me a black screen and then the PC reboots. I installed SpeedFan today and it the GPU (Nvidea Geforce GT220 1024mb) gave me temperatures of 106°C while playing. The GPU does have a fan as you can see here:

. I thought it might be dust collecting on top of it, and there some indeed, but not that much:

. I hope you guys could tell me what the problem is and maybe help me out.

Acer Aspire M5810 (64-bits)
Windows 7 Service Pack 1

Intel Core i5 CPU 750@2.67GHz

I checked and yes, the fan spins normally. And you're right about that update :p! I could use it... But I would still like to try to fix it!
