I received my new 2x4GB Corsair Dominator GT 1866MHz CL9 RAM today, I swapped it round with my old corsair 4gb (the cheap one) and as I did I had no display when I booted, everything seemed to be up and running, red DRAM LED was on. (not sure what that means, usually flashes when I overclock) I plugged back in my old stick and it worked.

OLD
1x4gb: Working

NEW
1x4gb #1: Not working,
1x4gb #2: Not working,
2x4gb : Not working.

My system should support it as it supports up to 2133MHz and is relatively new

Here are my full specs:

Asus P8Z68-V Pro
I5 2500k
GTX560ti
GX 650W power supply

Cooling
Noctua C12P SE14
Fans n stuff :p

I can't see what the problem would be, I've updated the BIOS since and still nothing.

No luck :/ reset the CMOS battery, installed new ram and there was no luck, tried it with the old and it worked for that, tried once more with the new ram already installed, nothing.

Try putting old RAM in boot, OC the CPU to 4.0, just raise the multiplier, then shut down, install the sticks, into BIOS and enable XMP select profile1 and try it.....1866 and up can require an OC of the CPU (which is why in mobo specs it shows an "(OC)" next to the freqs

Still not booting at all, I've seen that none of my peripherals work either but the hardware seems to be spinning in one way or another. Once again what does the red light mean, it only happens when I install my new RAM and is constant.
