So I'm about to buy a new pc, but my motherboard information says that it supports two 19 pin usb 3.0 connectors (asus M5A97 R2.0) AND my case says it has a 20 pin connector? (Fractal Design Define R4) So will it still work just fine even thought it has 1 pin less than the connector does? Or do I need some kind of adaptor between them. Thanks in advance guys.

The connector is sized for 20 pins, but the "key" pin is missing so it only plugs in one way; i.e. it's a 19-pin plug. In any case, those are standard.
