best 400 dollar solution

My friend does not "play" world of warcraft its his life, lol. But he wants to run run triple screens 27 main and smaller left and right. Monitors have not been picked out so thats open right now. Also i assume three equal sized screens are better? But my issues is what card is going to be able to push 60+ fps at high res on ultra settings in the 400 price range? I am looking at 770s but I assume min memory for that set up would be 3gb and I only see a 2 or 4 gb 770 and the 4gb is over budget but only 50 bucks. There are a lot of 3gb 7970 /ghz editions at the upper end of budget also.

I thought of the crossfire with his 4850 but he got his "new" computer from a craigslist builder before I started building and has no option for crossfire. And if he replaces mobo he should replace the cpu as well and thats not in budget. But a 7870 will push the eyefinity display 60+ fps on ultra? If so thats great news. Thanks

The 7870, will do great on 1 1080p monitor, But 1 wont be able to max out something like battlefield on 2 monitors, it might do for wow.. The best thing you could do, is get a bigger monitor, or 2 7870's
