Water Cooling or Air Cooling?

Hi, Here is my current planned build. http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/18N2H

I have everything except the CPU cooler. I'm going to overclock the CPU, RAM and graphics card. So based on these parts should I go water cooling or should I get a fan? Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

A water-loop costs a fair bit, and CLC water-loops cost a fair bit relative to their performance. Guessing since your getting a 7870 and the general cost of the rig, you arent exactly rolling in cash.
Stick with air.
