I recently built a new system at home. I decided to go with 16gb of DDR3 ram so that I could utilize 8gb of it as a RAMDisk. After completing the build, and installing the latest version of RAMDisk, everything seemed to be working smoothly. However, after a few reboots, the system began requesting a 'ChkDsk' to run on the B Drive (RAMDisk). This now occurs literally every time I boot up. I usually just 'press any key' to bypass the test. After booting, everything, including the RAMdisk works just fine. However, it is quite bothersome that it continually requests a 'ChkDsk' on startup.
Has anyone experienced this?
Initially, I felt it could possibly be bad RAM. I ran MemTest86+ over night (a few times) and everything came back fine. I finally went back to DataRAM (the company which produces RAMDisk) and informed them of my problems. They went to work on an update that was supposed to fix this problem. When they were done with the update I uninstalled/reinstalled up to the new version. The same problem occurred. DataRAM was nice enough to deactivate my license and issue a refund. However, I would really like to get to the bottom of this. I use RAMDisk at work and it is amazing.

RAM - 16Gb DDR3 Corsair Vengence (not sure of exact model at the moment)
SSD - 256 Samsung 830 SATAIII
Vid - 2gb ATI Radeon HD7850
Pwr - OCZ 1200w
