bootmgr missing, safemode won't work, cd/dvd drive not avilable.......HELP

I have a HP notebook/laptop.....Went to do system recovery and rebooted .... No it says, bootmgr missing, safemode won't work and all I have is the HP QuickWeb...That doesn't work hardly....What can I do...can't use recovery disk.....Please help me........PLEASE

You probably have a failed HDD. If you're lucky it's only the boot sector that's failed and, after replacing the HDD you can migrate the data at your leisure. We all learn the backup lesson the hard way.

I did the Hard drive test everything checked ok except the internal battery......
