So I decided to up my GPU but I have a minor issue with regards to that. I've narrowed my GPU choice to 4 GPU's and I have no idea which of them is worth buying.
I've used AnandTech to compare the GPU's but it confuses me a great deal because the tests show that one GPU is better but then the other gets a higher overall rating.
Costs are to be taken into consideration as well.

At the moment the best deals I can get are:

MSI R7850-2GD5/OC, HD7850 OC, 2GB 256bit 4 channel DDR5, 32RoPs, 153.6Gb/sec mem $224.18

MSI R7870-2GD5T/OC, HD7870, 2GB 256bit GDDR5, Crossfire ready, PCI-E 3.0 (x16), $264.59

Inno3D N65B-4SDN-E5GS, GTX650 Ti Boost Edition, 2GB/2048MB 128bit DDR5, no SLi, $213.76

Leadtek GTX660, 2GB/2048MB 192bit DDR5, RoPs : 24, 144.2Gb/sec memory transfer, $237.06

Point / Summary:
Which one of the listed GPU's is the best with cost taken into consideration?

Gotcha. I'm actually British but have some familiarity with American pricing. It's the same here - equivalent of $230 for the cheapest GTX660s. That is your best deal for sure. The 7870 averages a tiny bit higher, but worth nowhere near $30 higher. Leadtek are a quality brand too.

I'm from South Africa, our price ranges are quite different from USA and Europe. I used the USD currency because it's most common.
