First of all im not a pc guy, so pc isnt my area. However when I start my pc up it seems to increase in temperature really fast, and my fan speed is at around 80-100 % because it automatically controls the fan speed, and still my pc is at around 80 degree, and the temperature just continues to increase if I turn off the manual fan control, and goes to around 92 degree with 50% fan speed, and it all started a few days ago, so I dont really know what is wrong here.
its a home build one, i've had for a few years now, but has never had issues before.

Are these temperatures in celsius? I would recommend not allowing alternating fan speeds. Just keep them on a strict 100% all the time. So it's a little noisier, big deal. Your computer room shouldn't double as your infant child's bedroom anyway. If temps don't decrease, it could very well be the thermal paste having worn down that's causing the heat. If those are Fahrenheit temperatures, you're fine as that is not that hot for a CPU.

Unless you've managed to get cotton balls wedged between your heatsink fins, I don't think cleaning is going to get you stable temps if you're getting 92c. It sounds more like a thermal paste issue. That or you simply don't have adequate airflow (which dirt/dust can contribute to, but not so much on this scale). Cleaning might bring it down a few to several degrees if it's really dirty, but 92c is very, very high for just being dust.

You have a point, but remember, OP said he isn't a 'PC guy'. That could mean he hasn't opened up his case ever. Dust could have filled up all his heatsink fins (which has happened to one of my clients before) causing his CPU to overheat.

I would highly recommending replacing your thermal paste and giving your computer a good dusting.
