Help Choosing MotherBoard: Gigabyte or Asus?

Hiah,
I need help whether to chose the:
GIGABYTE GA-Z87X-UD5H ATX Intel Motherboard with UEFI BIOS 1150

Or the:
ASUS MAXIMUS VI HERO ATX Intel Motherboard 1150

From the looks of things the Asus one seems to fit my needs and I'm more pressed to buy it than the Gigabyte one, but I just want to know if I'm getting my bang for buck.
Any other suggestions for Mobo's around this price range will be good too,

Of the two I'd lean towards Asus, have you looked at the ASRock Z87 Fatal1ty Pro or their Extreme 6/ac? Both are nice and I believe the EX6 especially a little less

Yes I was just recently looking at the ASRock Haswell boards, hmm might need to do some comparisons. Thanks for the suggestion.

I have become a big fan of their mobos, and generally build on them more than Asus or Gigabyte, (those are the only three I build with) prob about 25+ a year on the Rock
