Changing GPU fan speed on a card that doesnt have the feature

I have a force3D HD 5770 1GB and on the net everyone says this card doesnt allow fan speed changes,its not thats its hot but i want it cooler so i can oc properly,right now in summer time it reaches 75C in bf3 which is not that much but is there a way to change it somehow?

you will have to lay on the board electrical pcb and if the card is not made for this , you could end up with a non working card .if you could try the check the air flow in your system so it could cool donw the card. ( side note my graphic card was made with this option for the fan speed and the revision number after of the same card is not having it )

what do you mean by lay on the printed circuit board?(english is not my native sry)

i have this one btw(probably an older model)

cooling is not an issue anyway ive got a 140mm fan on the side panel DIRECTLY blowing into the GPU,it just has its temperatures...

Is it possible to use RBE and make fan spin 100%?(I have it open i see some numbers but im not sure,ive downloaded the force3d 5770 bios into it but when i go to acquire/flash button and do analyze it says it cannot find my gpu)
