Changing GPU fan speed on a card that doesnt have the feature

I have a force3D HD 5770 1GB and on the net everyone says this card doesnt allow fan speed changes,its not thats its hot but i want it cooler so i can oc properly,right now in summer time it reaches 75C in bf3 which is not that much but is there a way to change it somehow?

you will have to lay on the board electrical pcb and if the card is not made for this , you could end up with a non working card .if you could try the check the air flow in your system so it could cool donw the card. ( side note my graphic card was made with this option for the fan speed and the revision number after of the same card is not having it )

what do you mean by lay on the printed circuit board?(english is not my native sry)

i have this one btw(probably an older model)

cooling is not an issue anyway ive got a 140mm fan on the side panel DIRECTLY blowing into the GPU,it just has its temperatures...

when the build the pcb that hold the parts they made it for what they want on the card so if they do not intend to have fan at variable speed they dont had the appropriate component to do it. check this you will find what i tell you about http://hw-lab.com/comparison-of-two-revision-of-asus-ea... also that is the new model of your card http://www.force3d.com/products/hd5770.html

you could but be carefull and monitor your temp . i use the gpu monitor from them to the desktop it read temp and fan speed +some other thing http://www.myfavoritegadgets.info/

Is it possible to use RBE and make fan spin 100%?(I have it open i see some numbers but im not sure,ive downloaded the force3d 5770 bios into it but when i go to acquire/flash button and do analyze it says it cannot find my gpu)

i had the same issue with my card with the rbe ,list all parts of your system so someone could help to upgrade if you could .

you will be restrain by the memory speed you have and your motherboard support a max of 1333 mhz also this psu is on the limit ,i would give a look at the 7790 or a bit lower . for all the parts you have on hand .
