im looking for the cheapest version of a windows 7 home premium 64 bit copy and the cheapest i found was on a website called designertech software.com, just wanted to see if anyone could let me know how trustworthy they are.
So far your best bet is newegg.com Unless someone else has any other sites to recommend. It's a good thing you asked though considering that site you mentioned seems pretty flaky.
Looking deeper into their site, they are selling Dell OEM disks.
Not original Microsoft software. They are acquiring old Dell hardware and the associated software, and trying to sell you the software as a new, pristine installation and license. It isn't.
