so im doing my first build and chose the z77 extreame 4....reading reviews i find out that is a little under standard size and bending may occur and may stick out with a potential to destroy everything o_O, anyways im wwant to use a GT1 case and and potentiall overclocked i5 3730k, will this mother board be fine as this will be my first or is there a better option thats asx or what ever the standard is?

I've got one along with a 3750K (or 3570K, whichever one is 3.4 ghz) and a Zalman 9900 Max cooler. I was nervous about the board being thinner, and it is thinner, but it seems to hold up fine. Easy enough to install, just be a little more careful when seating components.

It has been supporting that cooler for about 2 weeks now with no problems and I've got the CPU overclocked to 4.0 ghz (could go higher but I'm lazy and like that my max temps are still in the low 50s).
