I have made sure everything is plugged in I also tried setting up a test bench but still no luck please help!

Thank you

okay, the mobo has to beep without a RAM. If your mobo is working fine, then it should report ram refresh error through a beep code. There are two possibilities now. Either your mobo is dead or for some reason it is not getting power from the psu. Is there any LED coming on when you switch on the power?
