I have a 3 year old pc, and lately I have some weird FPS drops. At the beggining I thought it was because my GPU can not play the new games because they are high on graphical demands. However, even and when I play Call Of Duty : Black Ops 2 (which does not have high demands on graphics ) at the lowest possible settings, I catch up to 100 FPS and a minute afterwards they drop at 30 and then back to 60, they are really unstable!
Is it my CPU fault? (Because its 2 core and each one when I play any game touches the 100° C. )
My cpu name : Intel Core i5 650 3.20 Ghz
