i have read that Seasonic M12II 620W
is not compatible with Haswell
and that i need to disable C6/C7 states in the BIOS
my questions are:
1.What are the C6/C7 states?
2. disabling the C6/C7 states will effect gaming in some way?
3.What will happen if i wont disable the C6/C7 states ?

1. They are extreme low power states that Haswell can go into to conserve power, its basically extreme sleep.
2. No it will not effect any performance, only conserve some power in sleep mode.
3. If you do not disable it the PC will not be able to wake up after sleep mode or will bluescreen when you wake it up.
