Computer boots up after a full shutdown

Hi, I've just built a new pc from scratch, and whenever I shutdown my computer in Windows 7 from the start menu, after about 2-3 seconds it will start itself up again. I've actually had this problem before on my last computer, and I couldn't find a solution then. I don't know how the problem would transfer over when nearly all the components and the case are new. I've tried literally every solution that I've found, and nothing has solved it, hence the reason why I'm bothering you guys here.. The motherboard is an Asus P877-V LX. Thanks for your help!

I moved the computer to a different socket once I installed it, so I don't think that could be the problem. I think all the pins are in correctly, as all the buttons and lights on the case work fine.

It's probably important to mention that this only happens when I shutdown the computer through Windows, and not when I switch it off by holding down the power button for a few seconds.
