I am thinking of upgrading my motherboard for corei3-3220 and i am very tight on budget . Please suggest me which one should i buy among these

1.Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H

I heard that intel core i3-3220 is not overclocking freindly . So is there any AMD processor cheaper and better than that . If there is ,than please tell me. What about this motherboard for AMD processor :

i would recommend u that if u have told me to build a pc.
The msi-G46 would be the best and u would be more future-proofed and it has two pci-e slots running at x8/x8.Don't go with other brands with this MB.

g46 has better o.c capability and nthe g43 has two pci-e slots running at x16/x4 mode whereas the g46 runs at x8/x8 mode

yup, but as the g43's pci-e slots runs at x16/x4 mode, while in Xfire/SLI performance would drop by much but not in the case of G46 as it's pci-e slots runs at x8/x8 dual mode.

Since you already own an Intel i3-3220, you can't use an AMD based motherboard unless you buy a new AMD processor.

To the OP: What GPU do you have? Not all motherboards/CPU combinations include an onboard GPU.
