I am thinking of upgrading my motherboard for corei3-3220 and i am very tight on budget . Please suggest me which one should i buy among these

1.Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H

I heard that intel core i3-3220 is not overclocking freindly . So is there any AMD processor cheaper and better than that . If there is ,than please tell me. What about this motherboard for AMD processor :

yup, but as the g43's pci-e slots runs at x16/x4 mode, while in Xfire/SLI performance would drop by much but not in the case of G46 as it's pci-e slots runs at x8/x8 dual mode. :)
I didn't realize that he had two threads and he was looking for both an AMD and an Intel solution. Your recommendation for the G46 motherboard is good for an AMD processor.

To the OP: What GPU do you have? Not all motherboards/CPU combinations include an onboard GPU.
