Need to update my motherborad bios to 0211 While my motherboard is on 1503 to be able to use my processor!

I have a 8120 FX and a M5199x Evo, i keep on getting a red cpu light, ive checked everthing lol

Your processor has been supported since the first BIOS version (0211), therefore a newer version supports it. You don't have to (and you definitely shouldn't) flash the motherboard back to the original BIOS.

Did you breadboard the motherboard and GPU before installing everything in the case to make sure they work? Check your connections, etc.

Breadboarding is running the components outside of the case. That's common practice as it prevents mounting hardware that's defective. In addition, if the motherboard, memory, CPU and GPU all work outside of the case and there's a problem once mounted in the case, then you know that something is shorting out or has not been connected properly.
